LOL No. 399 – And Now for Something a Little Gothy

Apparently I jumped the gun on my last post. LMAO.  I’m such a doofus sometimes.  Anyway, Wretched Dollies has a new gothic lolita dress called Posey.  And it’s on sale as part of the Dolly Dash Saturday sale event, but if you like it and want it on sale, you have to hurry coz the sale ends at midnight tonight.

The dress comes with 5 different corsets, so you get 5 dresses in one.  It also comes with the matching parasols.  The hat and boots are available only in the Gacha machines.  The hats are L$25 per try and the boots are L$50 per try.  Of course, they’re transferable so you can trade to get the colors you want.  The hair is from Clawtooth, which I picked up at the FLF sale last night.  I love the windswept look of it, and this reddish color is quite yummy, too.  Here are the other colors of Posey.

You get esmerelda (green), violette, blood, and midnight, as well as the royale in the previous picture.  I didn’t wear the matching parasols coz I wanted to fit all the dresses in one composite pic.  With these colors, I’m wearing some G Field boots coz I didn’t have the matching Wretched Dolly boots.  Posey definitely looks better with the matching boots, though.

Okey dokey, it’s late for me, and I have to get up early tomorrow to bake some yummy pies. 😀  Have a great Easter!

What can I say but “oh…my….gawd.”   Ghani has really outdone herself this time.  I know that “versatile” is a buzz word, but this outfit really and truly is versatile.  And not only that, but the underwear option is ridiculously sexy.  I mean who knew all that sexiness was buried beneath Ms. Uriza’s demure exterior? 😉  You have to see this.

Man  – that is hot.  My partner, who surprised me in my photostudio, agrees by the way.  (hee hee)  Everything is wearable as separates, too.  For instance, you can wear the underbust corset alone, the purple top alone, the panties alone, the garter belt with and without the garters… etc.    Here’s the outfit as a dress.

And it’s still sexy!  The skirt has a sculpted bustled top part.  This is definitely a drool-worthy outfit.  By the way, if the image looks a bit less crisp than usual, blame Linden Lab.  I need to do a separate rant post, I think, after the day I had yesterday inworld.

Let’s see a whitegoth option.  I decided to stick with the purple theme and go with the lilac.

Steel Rose in the whitegoth colors is so different – so delicate, almost like wedding night lingerie.  Tres delicieux.   I like how these pic’s came out – the whole outfit has a retro flair to it, courtesy of Clawtooth’s lovely vintage hair.  Here’s the whitegoth lilac dress.

Awww so sweet and demure.  But you get a flash of those garters and you know this lady is no virgin.  What beautiful texturing our Miss Ghani has done.  Look at those little lilac roses on the skirt and the delicate lilac ribbon encircling the skirt.  Details, baby!   I love finding these little gems that our best designers in SL hide for us in their textures.  🙂

Need a Date?

This may be no surprise to many of you, but it was for me.

So, I received a demo from Clawtooth by Clawtooth for his latest release, How Soon is Later, through the subscribo.  I tried it on and ROFLMAO’d.  Expecting the ubiquitous, banal box above my head, I was pleasantly surprised to see instead a wittle mustache and a date with Bubbles Clawtooth himself, plus the animation shown.  If there are awards for such things, Bubbles deserves the prize for Most Imaginative Demo Box.  It’s well worth a linden if you’re not a subscribo member, especially if your S.O. is unreliable this holiday season.  Voila – instant party date!

Heartsick Amor E Morte

As promised, I now bring you new skins from Heartsick (an adjunct of Burning Chrome, by the way) in the makeup range called Amor E Morte, or Love and Death.  Let’s get to the photos, shall we?

First, here are the options – you get a choice of cleavage or no cleavage, and two brow options – normal and gothy with little x’s.  This is the most goth tone, Soma, and the makeup is Lovesick for Mena.

Next, here is the free, yes *free* makeup available right now in three skin tones – yes, you get all skin tones!  They are (left to right) Illusion, Aether, and Soma, worn in the goth brow option.  They also come with the normal brow and with and without cleavage – all for free.

Next, here are four more makeup options, and again, I’m showing the Soma (lightest) tone here.  From left to right – Midian, Libertina Grim, Absinthe with Faust, and Nymphetamine (my personal favorite).  But what about the body, you ask?  Well…..
